On the basis of the application for support from the Operational Programme Employment plus, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs decided to provide a subsidy for the implementation of the project Education for all employees of GC System, registration number CZ.03.01.03/00/23_047/0003042.
Project description:
The project aims to increase the level of knowledge of employees and to ensure that their qualifications and competences are in line with the requirements of the work activities performed. Employees will be trained in managerial, communication, economic, legal and accounting skills. The development of the employees' competences will result in an increase in their expertise and consequent expansion of their responsibilities and improvement of the company's competitiveness on the market.
Project objectives:
The aim of the project is to increase the level of competence of the employees through professional training to meet the current needs of the employer and the requirements of the changing labour market.
Expected results:
A total of 55 participants will participate in the training, meeting the 40 hours of support, of which 14 employees will be in the 55+ age group.
