Operational Programme Employment (OPE)
Based on the application for support from the Operational Programme Employment, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs decided to provide a subsidy for implementation of an Education project for all employees of GC System, with Registration Number CZ.03.1.52/0.0/0.0/19_097/0012697 under OPE Priority Axis: Promoting employment and supporting labour adaptability.
Project description:
The project focuses on increasing the employee knowledge and skill levels. Participants will be trained in managerial, communication, economic, legal, accounting and general IT activities. The development of employees' competencies will bring an increase in their expertise and a consequent expansion of responsibilities for performed activities and improvement in the Company's market competitiveness.
Project objectives:
The aim of the project is to increase the level of knowledge, skills and, especially, the key competencies of employees.
Expected results:
The training will involve a total of 37 participants, of which 10 employees would be in the +55 age group, who will meet the base 40 hour support.
