The main project aim was tutors training of GC System including pilot verification of training theme in practice and thereby the reinforcement of professional training offer to the public.
Within the project we had trained the company tutors in the field of IT - SAP system (on the whole in 6 areas: Financial accounting, Trusteeship, Controlling, Purchase, Sale, Base). On the whole 12 tutors will be trained.
Subsequently we developed a training module - we created a training course - training in SAP system compound from 6 blocks according to the areas of SAP system (see above). The whole activity resulted in the creation of training course offer and thereby in extension of spectrum of applicant training activities. The offer is published on web sites of the company and therefore it is available to the public. The offer presentation is enclosed as a point supplement in MZ Project publicity.
Subsequently a training module was pilotly verified in practice. The companys tutors verified their experiences in practice, acquired during their training. Project coordinator - Mr. Kindl suggested employee training (on the whole 12 ones) of chosen company ( Třinecké železárny, Inc.) within pilot module verification. Final completion of training module methodology were influenced by the acquired knowledge and views from tutors and participants.
The theoretical part of the pilot training was in progress in a form of lectors linked by discussions about theme. The practical part of pilot training was realized at the customers workplace.
The project result is a group of training tutors, created training module (SAP system), including teaching materials. The module is available to the public and of course it is possible to modify depended on the target group (for example: higher hour training subsidy, to ensure training rooms directly at the customers, etc.)
The project by its subject matter and output signals contributed to aim at the fulfillment of OPRLZ, in particular to acquirement of higher and more stable tutors capacities, expansion of possibility spectrum in the field of training in South Moravian region. The project was aimed at development in educational institution; it accomplished a Provision 3.3 (support programme B) - it provided other possibilities of GC System Inc. tutor training, it improved an applicant offer for training, it supported experience presentation and know-how, it enabled a development and pilot verification of new training module.
